Pakistan National Store — Launching a Luxury Bronze Sculpture Brand to International Buyers

The Client

Pakistan National Store is the ecommerce arm of Ahmed & Sons Group LLC, operating out of St. Petersburg, Florida. The brand manufactures and imports museum-quality handcrafted bronze sculptures produced by Pakistani master artisans — pieces finished in antique brass, copper, silver, and gold, and priced from $5,500 to $17,000. Target buyers are affluent US and international purchasers: art collectors, interior designers, and corporate gift buyers. The brand entered the engagement with no digital infrastructure and no prior online sales record.

The Problem

PNS had museum-grade product — a Royal Arabian Stallion at $7,500, Royal Cheetah Companions at $8,500, bronze eagles finished in antique gold — and no digital presence capable of selling it. The challenge was not the product; it was the credibility gap. A buyer spending $7,500 on a sculpture they have never seen in person needs the store to function as a gallery and a sales consultant simultaneously. A standard Shopify template does not do that work. Zero online revenue, zero international sales channel, and zero brand credibility in the digital space were the starting conditions.

What We Did

Store Design & Brand Architecture

PNS sells pieces that compete with gallery sculpture — $7,500 Royal Arabian Stallions, $8,500 Royal Cheetah Companions, bronze eagles finished in antique gold. At these price points, the store itself is part of the product. We designed a Shopify experience built around the brand’s core promise: museum-quality craftsmanship, delivered to your home.

The collection architecture was mapped to reflect the brand’s range — Royal Collection for flagship prestige pieces, Ahd-e-Qadeem for heritage-inspired work, Mount King for animal sculptures, and New Arrivals to maintain recency signals and give repeat visitors a reason to return.

Luxury UX for High-Ticket Items

Standard ecommerce UX is engineered for impulse — speed, brevity, friction removal. Luxury ecommerce has different requirements. Buyers spending $7,500–$17,000 need time, detail, and confidence. We structured every product page around three conversion levers:

  • Material specificity — antique brass, antique copper, antique silver, antique gold finishes described with precision, giving buyers a vocabulary to feel informed
  • Scale and placement — photography and copy help buyers visualise the piece in their own space, critical when the item cannot be seen in a showroom first
  • Policy clarity — the 7-day exchange policy surfaced early to reduce purchase anxiety at this price tier

International E-commerce Infrastructure

PNS’s core ambition is the US market with international expansion beyond it. We built the checkout, shipping logic, and currency handling to serve this from day one — the store launched globally rather than building domestic-first and retrofitting later. Ahmed & Sons Group LLC operates out of St. Petersburg, Florida, which anchors the brand in the US market while the product’s Pakistani artisan origin becomes a differentiator rather than a barrier.

Collection Strategy & Merchandising

Across four collections, we structured product naming and merchandising hierarchy to communicate prestige without alienating first-time visitors. The Royal Collection leads — positioning the highest-value pieces as the brand’s signature. Ahd-e-Qadeem grounds the brand in heritage and craftsmanship storytelling. New Arrivals gives the catalog motion, encouraging repeat visits in an otherwise static luxury product category.

With the store live and the brand infrastructure in place, the focus shifted to traffic. The challenge in paid media for luxury goods is the same as on the PDP: buyers at this price point do not convert in a single session. The media strategy was built around that reality — not chasing last-click attribution, but building a qualified audience that returns.

We launched Meta campaigns across four structures in parallel:

  • Prospecting (broad and interest-based) — testing CPMs and creative formats against cold audiences to identify which message architecture earns the click at this price tier
  • New customer campaigns — dedicated ad sets for first-time buyers, separated from retargeting to allow clean signal isolation
  • CBO (Campaign Budget Optimisation) — automated budget allocation across performing ad sets to shift spend toward the lowest cost-per-purchase in real time
  • Retargeting — warm audiences who had visited product pages but not converted, sequenced to apply purchase pressure without discounting the product

Across 38 campaigns tested in the first active period, the account achieved an average outbound CTR of 2.63% and an average CPM of approximately $3.50 — efficient by any benchmark for cold prospecting on luxury goods. The best-performing campaign reached a 4.40 website purchase rate and a cost per purchase of Rs3,083 (~$11 USD). At a product price floor of $5,500, that unit economics profile is exceptional.

The immediate priority for the next phase is calibrating Meta’s purchase value tracking so ROAS figures reflect actual AOV and budget-scaling decisions have an accurate signal.

Digital Launch Foundation

The store launched with the infrastructure to support paid media and organic growth: structured product data, clean URL architecture, SEO-ready metadata across all collections, and an enquiry path that routes international buyers efficiently. That foundation is now carrying live paid traffic.

If you sell home decor or high-ticket lifestyle products, the conversion mechanics that shaped this build — room-context photography, considered-purchase PDP structure, and pre-purchase information that reduces return risk — are covered in our home decor marketing guide.

"
We came in with world-class product and no way to show it to the world. Hydra Fox built us the platform we needed — a store that makes buyers feel the quality before the piece ever ships. The international launch is everything we hoped it would be.

What's Next

Paid media is live and accumulating buyer data. The next lever is audience refinement — building lookalike audiences from the confirmed purchase events to reduce prospecting CPM further. Purchase value tracking in Meta needs calibration so ROAS reporting reflects actual AOV; once live, budget scaling decisions will have a real signal to follow. Email infrastructure is in place; abandoned session recovery for users who spent time on a $7,500 product page is the highest-priority flow to build next. A B2B outreach sequence targeting interior designers and real estate staging companies remains scoped for Q4.
